How to activate the service?
- Call "Bravo" customer service at 3555 using your "Bravo" handset or dial the toll-free number 800 124 3555.
- Ask "Bravo" customer service representative to activate the service for your existing line.
- The service will be activated within the following 60 minutes.
Where can I get "Bravo" recharge cards?
You can get "Bravo" recharge cards through one of the authorized dealers or any of our Showrooms or Point of Sales. To get the authorized dealers list or to get more information, please call our customer service on our toll-free number 800 124 3555.
Can I use "Bravo" recharge cards to recharge PTT minutes?
"Bravo" recharge cards can only be used to add cellular calls and SMS services to your line.
What’s the difference between the recharge service and the postpaid invoice service?
The recharge service is paid in advance whereas the invoice is paid at the end of each Gregorian calendar month. The recharge service also does not include call forward and voice mail services.
What’s the communication cost using "Bravo" recharge cards?

If I have already bundled minutes in my package, will I lose them?
If you have bundled minutes, they will be used for your local calls until they are completely consumed. Upon consuming the bundled local minutes, your added minutes will be used if any.
